Delivery is free to Europe, Canada and the United States from $75 of purchases on the www.MISS-PANTIES.com website

We also have several types of shipping and have carefully chosen different carriers to meet your needs. If you have any questions, we're here to help.

Customs fees or local taxes are the responsibility of the RECIPIENT. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.

Delivery times are given as an indication by the carriers. Delivery times depend on local carriers and customs controls, we cannot be held responsible for delays. If you have any questions, contact us via our CONTACT form. We will respond to you as quickly as possible.

Orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to possible additional costs such as taxes and import charges which will not be accounted for during your order confirmation and payment. These costs will not be covered or reimbursed by www. MISS-PANTIES.COM. Do not hesitate to determine with the customs service of your country, what would be the amount of these costs before placing your order to avoid surprises when receiving the package. We are not responsible if a delivery is affected by import processing.

IN HOW MANY DAYS MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

Our team is doing its best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Delivery times are between 1 and 15 days after dispatch of the order depending on the delivery method chosen. Preparation and shipping times are 1 to 3 days.

Shipping and delivery times are given for information only and may be extended during periods of private sales, product launches or restocking, parties, sales or Black Friday and public holidays.

In the event of incorrect or missing information in the delivery address and the identity of the CLIENT, MISSPANTIES will not be held responsible for the delivery.

HOW TO TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?

Upon validation of your payment and your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing all the details of it.
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing the tracking number.
